SITE ENGINEER

Montoro Homes is seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to join our development team at Montoro Homes Society, near Central Park, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with hands-on experience in town planning and site development. This role requires proficiency in using surveying equipment and a solid understanding of site execution, measurements, and levels. The position involves managing on-site activities and coordinating effectively to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site execution and ensure all work aligns with project specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize Auto Level and other surveying equipment to conduct accurate measurements and maintain site levels.
- Coordinate with various teams and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor site progress and maintain detailed records of measurements and site conditions.
- Implement site safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Assist in town planning and site development activities as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in site engineering, particularly in town planning and site development.
- Proficiency in using Auto Level and other surveying tools.
- Strong knowledge of site execution processes, measurements, and leveling techniques.
- Excellent site management and coordination skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation and Work Location:
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 75,000. This is an in-person role based at the Montoro Homes Society site in Lahore.
