Site Engineer

Tameer Associates is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee finishing and interior fit-out works at project sites located in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for ensuring that all finishing activities are executed according to project specifications, drawings, and approved finishes. This is a full-time position requiring strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day finishing and interior fit-out works on site, ensuring all activities meet the required standards.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and proper sequencing of tasks.
- Monitor workmanship closely and verify that execution aligns with drawings, specifications, and approved finishes.
- Oversee specific activities including flooring, ceilings, painting, woodwork, fixtures, and other finishing works.
- Track progress and ensure timely completion of works according to project schedules.
- Identify and resolve any site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Maintain quality standards consistently and prepare daily site progress reports.
- Ensure efficient utilization of labor and materials on site to optimize resources.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant site experience, preferably in finishing and interior fit-out projects.
- Strong practical knowledge of finishing materials, installation methods, and workmanship standards.
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand technical drawings and project specifications.
- Proven experience in coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors on site.
- Excellent site supervision skills combined with effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to maintain quality while meeting project deadlines.
