Site Engineer

Tameer Associates is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee finishing and interior fit-out works at project sites located in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and be responsible for ensuring that all finishing activities are carried out efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. This is a full-time position requiring strong coordination skills and hands-on supervision of multiple trades involved in interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily finishing and interior fit-out works on site, including flooring, ceilings, painting, woodwork, fixtures, and other related activities.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor workmanship closely to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and approved finishes.
- Manage the sequencing of multiple trades to maintain proper order of activities and avoid delays.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks according to the project schedule.
- Identify and resolve any site-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the execution of works and provide daily progress reports.
- Ensure optimal utilization of labor and materials to avoid wastage and control costs.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant site experience, preferably in finishing and interior fit-out works.
- Strong practical knowledge of finishing materials, installation methods, and workmanship standards.
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Proven experience in coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors on site.
- Excellent site supervision skills combined with effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to maintain quality standards while adhering to project timelines.
