Site Incharge

Punjab Tubewell Corp is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Incharge to manage daily site operations and ensure the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of site activities, maintain quality and safety standards, and lead site teams effectively to meet project deadlines. This role requires strong coordination with engineers, contractors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site activities and operations to ensure efficient progress.
- Execute projects in accordance with approved plans, schedules, and specifications.
- Coordinate closely with engineers, contractors, workers, and other site personnel.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain quality standards and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage manpower allocation and delegate tasks effectively on site.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and operational challenges promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site progress reports and documentation.
- Oversee materials, equipment, and resources to support project execution.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and site procedures at all times.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in site management or supervision.
- Strong skills in managing and supervising site operations.
- Good understanding of project planning and execution processes.
- Knowledge of quality control measures and workplace safety standards.
- Proven leadership abilities with strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple site activities simultaneously.
