Site Manager

We are looking for a committed professional to manage on-site furniture installations for a company focused on residential projects. This full-time role requires hands-on supervision of installation activities at various project locations, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards. In addition to overseeing installations, the role involves supporting procurement efforts by assisting with material needs and inventory control. The candidate will work closely with project teams, vendors, and suppliers to maintain smooth operations and timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage furniture installation activities at residential project sites.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure installations adhere to quality standards and deadlines.
- Assist procurement by identifying material requirements and managing inventory levels.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of furniture and related materials.
- Monitor site progress regularly and report any issues or delays to management promptly.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the installation process.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in managing site installations, preferably within the furniture or interior fit-out sectors.
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Capability to work on-site and directly manage installation activities.
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
- Problem-solving aptitude to address and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.

This position offers a monthly salary range of Rs45,000 to Rs55,000 and requires the candidate to be physically present at project locations.
