Key Responsibilities:
- System Reliability: Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure to ensure software system stability.
- Automation: Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline operations, reduce manual tasks, and enhance system efficiency.
- Incident Response and Resolution: Monitor system performance and respond promptly to incidents to minimize downtime and maintain high availability.
- Capacity Planning: Analyze usage patterns and forecast infrastructure needs to support current and future demands.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through tuning and optimization.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement IaC practices using tools like Terraform or Ansible to manage infrastructure in a version-controlled, automated manner.
- Monitoring and Logging: Deploy and maintain monitoring and logging solutions for system insights, troubleshooting, and proactive issue resolution.
- On-Call Support: Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system availability and incident management outside regular hours.
- Security: Collaborate with security teams to enforce best practices in infrastructure and application security.
- Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop and maintain plans to enable rapid recovery from major outages or failures.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze system performance and incidents to identify improvement opportunities and enhance resilience.

Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Shell, or Bash.
- Strong automation skills using tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or custom scripting.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including cloud infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Awareness of security best practices including encryption, access controls, and vulnerability management.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Proficient use of version control systems, especially Git.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
