We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to manage building construction activities across multiple project locations including Sundar, Jhang, Sargodha, and Multan. The successful candidate will have a minimum of six years of hands-on experience in construction site supervision, ensuring that projects are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities to coordinate labor and subcontractors effectively while maintaining safety and compliance on site. Candidates must be prepared to attend an in-person interview in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and closely monitor site progress to ensure milestones are met.
- Ensure all construction work adheres to approved drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage and coordinate labor forces, subcontractors, and site personnel to optimize productivity.
- Monitor construction schedules rigorously to guarantee timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Oversee material requirements, usage, and inventory to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to keep management informed of site developments.
- Enforce strict compliance with construction safety standards and site regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly by collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in building construction with proven site supervision expertise.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and execution methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple site activities efficiently.
- Willingness and ability to work at project sites located in Sundar, Jhang, Sargodha, and Multan.
- Availability to attend an in-person interview in Lahore.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
- Full-time employment with hands-on involvement at project sites.
