Site Supervisor (Construction)

Kiswa Developers, located in Al-Kabir Town, Lahore, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Junior Site Supervisor – Civil to join their team on a full-time, onsite basis. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in civil construction and site supervision. This role involves assisting in the oversight of construction activities to ensure that all work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 60,000 and provides an opportunity to gain valuable practical experience in a professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor the performance of workers, subcontractors, and overall site activities.
- Ensure that all construction work adheres strictly to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, and other site personnel to maintain workflow.
- Oversee the quality and progress of ongoing construction tasks.
- Inspect materials on-site and ensure their proper utilization.
- Maintain accurate daily records of site progress and work performed.
- Report any site issues, delays, or material shortages promptly to management.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards on the construction site.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site supervision.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, site procedures, and workflow management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Ability to supervise workers and manage daily site activities efficiently.
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to working onsite.
