Site Supervisor

We are looking for a committed Civil Site Supervisor to manage construction activities at our project site in Faisalabad, Pakistan. The successful candidate will ensure that all work is executed according to approved drawings and quality standards while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This position involves direct supervision of labor and skilled workers, effective coordination with contractors and engineers, and careful monitoring of project progress to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities in accordance with approved drawings and quality requirements.
- Manage labor, skilled workers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Collaborate closely with contractors and engineers to support smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate daily progress reports and enforce strict adherence to site safety regulations.
- Monitor material usage to reduce wastage and optimize resource allocation.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly to prevent project delays.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in site supervision.
- Proven experience specifically in commercial plaza construction is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and the ability to interpret construction drawings accurately.

Compensation and Work Location:
- Monthly salary range from Rs45,000 to Rs55,000.
- The role requires full-time, on-site presence in Faisalabad.
