We are seeking a motivated Site Supervisor with a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to manage and oversee daily operations at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth progress of work, maintain quality standards, and coordinate effectively with various teams to meet project deadlines. This role requires hands-on involvement on-site and a proactive approach to problem-solving and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily activities at construction sites to ensure work progresses smoothly and according to schedule.
- Monitor electrical and mechanical installation work, verifying that it complies with established standards.
- Maintain accurate stock records and regularly check inventory levels to prevent shortages, wastage, or pilferage.
- Prepare material requirements and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to facilitate the timely completion of tasks.
- Inspect materials and equipment delivered to the site, verifying them against delivery challans and purchase orders.
- Enforce safety rules and company policies consistently on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain daily progress reports and comprehensive site records to track project developments.
- Identify and promptly report any site issues, delays, or shortages to management for swift resolution.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in site supervision or construction-related roles.
- Basic knowledge of construction site operations and the ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Understanding of inventory management and stock control principles.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site and travel between multiple locations as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for maintaining stock records and reports.
