Site Supervisor (Projects)
Reports To: Project Manager
Experience: 5–8 years
Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily fit-out and finishing activities at various project sites, primarily focusing on restaurants, hotels, and bakeries. This role requires ensuring that all work is executed in line with approved drawings, quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. The supervisor will coordinate site operations, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation to support smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise fit-out and finishing works across multiple project sites, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Inspect completed work to identify defects and ensure timely rectification.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to maintain operational efficiency.
- Monitor material deliveries, track usage, and proactively request materials to avoid delays.
- Prepare daily progress reports, maintain manpower records, and update all relevant site documentation.
- Assist in site measurements and quantity calculations to support progress billing and invoicing.
- Ensure all site activities comply with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Track daily work progress and ensure that project deadlines are consistently met.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in interior fit-out and finishing projects.
- Proven experience working on projects such as restaurants, hotels, bakeries, or similar establishments.
- Ability and willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and MEP drawings.
- Strong knowledge of finishing works, materials, and quality standards.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
