RAI Enterprises is looking for a skilled and committed Site Supervisor with expertise in civil works and renovation projects. This full-time remote role requires a hands-on professional who can effectively manage site operations and oversee renovation activities from a distance. The successful candidate will ensure that project quality standards and deadlines are consistently achieved while coordinating multiple projects and maintaining clear communication with all involved parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage renovation and construction activities remotely, ensuring strict compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Enforce adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
- Monitor material consumption, track project progress, and evaluate overall site performance to optimize efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver daily and weekly progress reports, maintaining transparent communication with management and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in renovation or civil construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in interpreting construction drawings and understanding site procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects remotely with strong organizational and time management skills.
