Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities at the property or project sales site to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate and monitor the sales team to guarantee adequate site coverage and support.
- Manage client visits, including site tours and property viewings, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain the site’s presentation by keeping it organized and ready for client meetings.
- Record daily visitors, leads, bookings, and site activities accurately for reporting purposes.
- Liaise with Sales Managers and the Head Office to communicate sales progress and client requirements.
- Assist sales staff by providing up-to-date project details, pricing information, availability, and necessary documentation.
- Follow up on leads generated at the site and support efforts to convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Ensure that project brochures, banners, price lists, and promotional materials are properly displayed and replenished.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline of site staff to maintain a professional work environment.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on site activities and sales performance for management review.
- Address basic client queries promptly and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve more complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and adhere to management instructions at all times.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in real estate or property sales, preferably in a site-based supervisory role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Solid understanding of property sales processes and client handling techniques.
- Proven ability to supervise and coordinate a sales team efficiently.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports.
