The Site Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi. The primary responsibility is to oversee daily activities at project sites, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications. This includes coordinating installation and fabrication tasks, monitoring the quality of flooring and furniture installations, and verifying that all materials and methods comply with project requirements and company standards. The supervisor will manage site teams and contractors by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and resolving operational challenges promptly.

Maintaining clear communication with project managers and clients is essential, along with preparing basic site reports and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and local regulations. The role also involves supporting inventory checks, conducting site measurements, and managing handover procedures to deliver completed spaces that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of work.
- Coordinate installation and fabrication activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Manage and assign tasks to site teams and contractors, monitoring progress and addressing issues.
- Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and vendors.
- Prepare and maintain site documentation, including reports, logs, and checklists.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and local building regulations.
- Support inventory management, site measurements, and final handover processes.
- Make on-site decisions to resolve practical problems and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Proven skills in site supervision and project coordination, including task allocation and timeline management.
- Experience with flooring, furniture, or interior fit-out projects, with the ability to interpret drawings and installation guidelines.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices, quality assurance procedures, and compliance with local regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with site teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Basic proficiency in reporting and documentation, including maintaining site logs and progress updates.
- Problem-solving ability with sound judgment for timely decision-making on-site.
- Minimum education of a high school diploma; technical or vocational certification in construction, civil, or interior works is preferred.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Karachi, including flexibility for extended hours as project demands require.
