We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee on-site ducting, piping, fabrication, and installation activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workforce operations, coordinating project execution, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality, efficiency, or safety standards. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise on-site installation and fabrication of G.I. and SS ducting, pre-insulated ducts, as well as MS and SS piping systems.
- Lead teams involved in fabrication, installation, and insulation tasks to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate activities related to cooling towers, equipment installation, and maintenance jobs on site.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and standards on every project to promote a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma, DAE, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of ducting, piping systems, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Willingness to work on project sites and lead a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills combined with a safety-first mindset.
