We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee on-site ducting, piping, fabrication, and installation activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workforce operations, coordinating project execution, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery while upholding quality, efficiency, and safety standards. This role requires technical knowledge, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills. Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site activities involving G.I. and stainless steel (SS) ducting, pre-insulated duct, as well as mild steel (MS) and SS piping.
- Lead teams engaged in fabrication, installation, and insulation tasks.
- Coordinate jobs related to cooling towers, equipment, and maintenance.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule without compromising quality.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety standards on every project site.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma, DAE, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of ducting, piping, and the ability to read technical drawings.
- Willingness to work on project sites and lead a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills combined with a safety-first mindset.
