Site Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction site in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site workers, coordinating materials and tools, and ensuring that construction quality and progress meet project standards. This role demands strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to resolve issues promptly to keep the project on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise workers at the project site to ensure productivity and safety.
- Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, tools, and other daily site requirements.
- Monitor construction quality and track project progress to maintain standards.
- Address and resolve daily site issues efficiently to avoid delays.
- Liaise with contractors, workers, and management to facilitate smooth operations.
- Ensure that all work is completed properly and within the established timeline.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects.
- Hands-on experience in both interior and exterior renovation or building construction.
- Solid understanding of construction processes and site management principles.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
- Demonstrated reliability and responsibility in previous roles.
- Candidates should be 30 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Salary range is PKR 50,000 to 60,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
- A separate fuel allowance will be provided.
- This is an in-person position based at the project site in Lahore.
