Site supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily site activities and coordinating the workforce to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion. This role requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of civil construction processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and manage the construction workforce effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Monitor progress and report on project status regularly.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain workflow.
- Address any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on schedule.

Required Qualifications
- Intermediate level education is mandatory.
- Civil diploma certification is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- The position offers a monthly salary starting from Rs 35,000.
