Site Supervisor

A reputable Design & Construction Company based in Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi, is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join their construction team. The ideal candidate will have over five years of hands-on experience in site supervision and a strong background in civil construction. This role requires someone who can effectively manage on-site activities, coordinate with workers and subcontractors, and ensure that all work aligns with project drawings, quality standards, and deadlines. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to 70,000, with a possibility of up to PKR 80,000 based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project plans.
- Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve any issues promptly.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage site safety protocols and ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, challenges, and resource requirements.
- Assist in scheduling and planning to meet project timelines effectively.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates and receive instructions.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum of five years’ relevant experience in construction site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site coordination techniques.
- Proven ability to supervise and manage workers and subcontractors efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to prepare detailed reports.
- Demonstrated capability to ensure work quality and timely completion according to project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
