Site Supervisor Required

ZEEMAAS Trading Company is seeking a responsible and well-mannered Fire and Safety Supervisor with either fresh or limited experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing work pressure, leading a team effectively, and delivering proven results. This role involves supervising fire safety measures on-site as well as handling the procurement of necessary materials. The position is part-time and contract-based, offering competitive compensation and benefits. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise fire safety operations on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols.
- Lead and coordinate the fire safety team to achieve project goals and maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage procurement activities, including purchasing materials required for fire safety measures.
- Handle multiple project sites simultaneously with efficiency and prompt response to any issues.
- Maintain clear communication with management and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of fire safety measures implemented on-site.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in fire safety site supervision for at least 1-2 projects with demonstrable results.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites effectively.
- Energetic and quick to respond to changing work demands.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes related to fire safety materials.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- The position offers a monthly pay range of Rs50,000 to Rs150,000, reflecting experience and performance.
