Responsibilities:

  • Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets.
  • Preparing employees’ compensation using payroll software and also incorporating allowances/bonuses.
  • Reporting on payroll expenses, compensation, benefits, insurance deductions, and taxes.
  • Entering the data of new employees into the company’s databases (e.g., tax identification numbers and bank accounts).
  • Handing out paychecks to employees or scheduling bank payments.
  • Plan, organize, and control payroll management system.
  • Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
  • Maintaining the attendance record.
  • Prepare accurate monthly payroll inputs including joiners, leavers, and movers along with changes in allowance, one-off payment, and deductions.
  • Maintain accurate employee lifecycle records in both hard and soft forms, as per company policy.
  • Prepare timely clearances and final settlements of leavers, escalating any delays.
  • Accurately process employee payrolls, including calculating hours, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management and ensure proper documentation for audits.
