Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer screen and farword incoming phone calls.
  • update callenders and schedule meetings.
  • keep updated records of office expenses and records.
  • perform other clerical receiptionst duties such as filing, photo copying etc.
  • order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Any other demanded from the senior Management.
