We are looking for an Export Officer / Export Documentation Specialist.
- Candidate must have 3 years minimum as an export officer/export manager.
- Must have a full working knowledge of PSW.
- Must know how to deal with Freight forwarding & Transport
- Must know how to handle Shipping companies & Freight
- Must know how to deal with Payments & Bank Procedures
- Must have full knowledge and experience with documentation (export documents)
- Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, etc.
- Knowledge about Shipping Lines / Empty Containers Arrangements, Survey Company's Inspection Procedures & Clearing Agents related Tasks.
- Maintain Export Shipments Record with Complete details of each E-Forms, From Approval to Realization.
- Cable to manage Export Laws Compliance with applicable Laws & Company Policies.
- Correspondence with Warehouse Teams for loading/unloading Import/Export cargo to ensure seamless Services.
- Develop Customer Bank & Make Good Relations Must know to develop Costing’s & Payment Mechanisms
- Supervision of Export-related Logistic Documents & Payments.
- Coordinated with banks, shipping companies, clearing agents, transporters, inspection companies, and fumigation service providers in-order to smooth the work of operations & exports without any delay.
- To responsible to do planning with the operation department regarding the arrangement of inspections, results of inspections, and up to loading of containers & timely shipment
