The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately recording, updating, and maintaining production-related data to ensure smooth operations and reliable reporting within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role demands precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to support production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update production data such as daily output, materials used, and other production details into systems like ERP, SAP, or Excel. Maintain accurate records of work orders, job cards, and inventory transactions to ensure data integrity. Work closely with production supervisors to collect and verify data for accuracy and completeness. Identify and resolve discrepancies in data promptly to maintain reliability. Organize and maintain proper documentation and filing of production records for easy retrieval. Assist with audits and prepare compliance documentation as required to support internal and external reviews.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have completed Matriculation, FA, or hold a Computer Diploma or a related qualification. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel and other data entry tools is essential for this role. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy are critical. Good communication and coordination skills are necessary to work effectively with team members and supervisors. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced production setting is important for success in this position.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with ERP or SAP systems will be considered an advantage and is highly valued. The company offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 41,000 to Rs. 45,000.
