Skilled Data Entry Operator – Production

Location: Lahore Industry: Chaplet International Pvt. Limited (Metal Fabrication / Manufacturing)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to support our production department in a metal fabrication environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately recording, updating, and maintaining production-related data to ensure smooth operations and reporting. Key Responsibilities

Enter and update production data (daily output, material, production, etc.) into the system (ERP/SAP/Excel).
Maintain accurate records of work orders, job cards, and inventory transactions.
Coordinate with production supervisors to collect and verify data.
Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
Assist in audits and compliance documentation when required.

Requirements:

Matric/ FA/ Computer Diploma/ or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry tools.
Experience with ERP/SAP systems will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
