Would have at least 2 years of relevant experience at a reputable place
Would have some sort of training experience
Would be willing to work at different locations
Would be able to prepare handouts / Manuals / Course Outline
Would be able to manage classes, even on short notices
Would be well versed with Food Safety, Hygiene, Food Costing and Nutrition.
