Sky Marketing(Pvt.) Ltd.is a leading Real Estate company, is seeking a talented and versatile HR Manager (Female) to join our team in Peshawar, Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitments and selection process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining open lines of communication, promoting employee recognition, reward programs and facilitating a respectful workplace.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Keep updated on HR trends, legislations, advancements and recommend global changes as necessary requirement.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resource management or Business Administration or related fields.
