SKY MARKETING is hiring for Human Resource Executive (Female). We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and a strong understanding of HR practices and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and making offers.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations, providing advice and support on HR-related issues.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Stay up to date with the latest HR trends and technologies, making recommendations for improvements to HR processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using HR software and databases.
