●      Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell high rise commercial projects.

●      Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including investors, businesses, and corporations.

●      Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

●      Provide prospective clients with in-depth knowledge and information about our high rise commercial projects.

●      Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the unique features and advantages of our projects.

●      Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.

●      Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop and execute effective sales campaigns.

●      Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

●      Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the CEO.
