Graphic Designer

Sky Vision Print & Design is looking for a talented Graphic Designer with at least 4 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and has a strong understanding of brand identity design, layout, and print production. This individual excels at translating concepts into visually compelling designs that meet client specifications while maintaining consistency across various media. The role involves working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative and attractive graphic solutions that enhance brand presence and marketing efforts. The Graphic Designer will focus on creating high-quality images, layouts, and print-ready files while applying an expert level of color theory and print standards such as CMYK, Pantone Matching System, and color management processes. Although this position does not require managing a team, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to meet project deadlines are essential. The candidate is also expected to stay updated on emerging design trends and software advancements to continuously elevate the companys creative output.
Responsibilities

Develop original graphic designs and layouts for print and digital media, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to create and edit visual components and vector graphics.
Design and prepare print-ready materials by managing prepress specifications, color accuracy, and production processes.
Apply color theory effectively, using CMYK models and Pantone Matching System standards for consistent and accurate color reproduction.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and revise designs based on feedback.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Create mockups, prototypes, and presentations to communicate design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
Maintain a strong knowledge of print production processes including paper types, finishes, and binding techniques.
Utilize problem-solving skills to address design challenges creatively and develop innovative solutions.
Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and best practices to continually improve design quality and efficiency.
Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure final materials meet quality and specification requirements.
Execute design thinking and ideation processes to generate fresh and effective visual ideas.
Perform image editing and retouching to enhance overall visual impact of delivered products.
