Job Description:
• deal directly with customers either by telephone and electronically
• respond promptly to customer inquiries
• handle and resolve customer complaints
• obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries
• provide fare information
• perform customer verifications
• set up new customer accounts
• manage customers' accounts
• keep records of customer interactions
• record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• record details of actions taken
• communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• sent Email to customers through Emial software
• Feedback from customers after every three days
• Summary of complains and new registration at the end of every month
• Properly fill the complain and new registration sheet
Shift Timings: 1:30pm to 10:30pm
Basic Salary + Commission + Bonuses will be given according to performances
