What You’ll Do:

Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend systems powering AI-driven products.
Work on large, modular Python codebases, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Implement robust software design patterns, system architecture flows, and sequence diagrams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI researchers, engineers, and product managers) to ensure product quality and scalability.
Provide contributions in debugging, documentation, code structuring, and continuous improvement of development practices.

What We’re Looking For:

3–4 years of hands-on Python development experience.
Strong grasp of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Software Design Principles.
Experience working with large, modular codebases.
Proficiency with modern AI coding assistance tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLM-driven development tools).
Ability to design, create, and interpret system architecture and sequence diagrams.
Background in product-based technology companies (preferred).
Strong debugging, documentation, and code structuring skills.
Solid understanding of backend performance, scalability, and optimization techniques.
