Sales & Marketing representatives needed By Skyline Matrix for an upcoming Real Estate project on GT road Rawalpindi
The applicant selected for this position will be tasked with establishing, maintaining and expanding the company's client base while fulfilling the business needs of existing clients; assist in developing a sustainable business model by fostering long-term strategic partnerships with clients, the candidate will be responsible for meeting the revenue targets assigned on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis, discovering new customer leads by identifying new markets and customer segments while ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to
Qualification:
- Minimum Graduate/ Masters preferred.
- 0 -1 Years of experience preferred within Real Estate / Property Development industry
- Both male and female can apply
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving aggressive targets.
- Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
- Update knowledge sales related legal documentation and property management.
- Developing/implementing sales strategies and conducting analysis of sales activities against set goals by compiling and analyzing sales figures.
- Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums.
- Monitors and follow-ups on specific tasks and Sell our real estate projects by establishing contact with our clients via social media, call, WhatsApp, SMS email and develop relationship with potential clients.
