At SM Technologies Limited a sales executive is much more than a sales person or customer support agent calling hundred leads a day and selling a single product. You will be representing the company culture, the highest level of professionalism, and above par competence in understanding the client’s or prospect client’s business layout, purchasing modes and business requirements. At the same time, you will be providing services such as serving quotations, bringing leads by leveraging intel from the customer database, providing sales support, handling complaints and offering alternate solutions when needed. In providing the services mentioned above your optimal goal will be to build customer loyalty and rapport.

  • Seasoned customer relations representative with a proven track record of working on large multinational companies and successfully locking in sales leads from pre-sale, capture to post-sale follow-through.
  •  Developing a sales lead pipeline by representing/marketing our product range & developing a trusted partnership.
  •  Managing existing relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business – not an easy task as all the sales work is handled through remote calling and emails.
  •  Handle complex queries in a timely and accurate fashion always keeping the low-cost mindset.
  •  Implement regular follow-up practices to ensure quality and consistency of service to customers.
  •  Schedule and conduct order status meetings with clients as needed
  •  Maintain complete and accurate future/existing client correspondence data.
  •  Develop and update client-related reports.
