This role requires excellent communication abilities and customer service skills to ensure every interaction is handled professionally and effectively. The position involves working night shifts, so candidates must be able to adapt to this schedule while maintaining a confident, target-oriented approach. Medicare Verifiers at Smart Brains play a crucial role in supporting healthcare operations by verifying eligibility and information according to established guidelines. Strong attention to detail and good listening skills are essential to accurately process and record customer data. Although this role does not include team management responsibilities, the Medicare Verifier acts independently yet contributes meaningfully to overall campaign success. Candidates must be able to provide a valid experience letter demonstrating their prior relevant work history within this field.


Responsibilities
