Compliance Executive

Smart Outsource Solutions specializes in installing cutting-edge central heating systems under the ECO 4 Scheme, helping homes stay cozy while reducing their carbon footprint. We are in search of a dedicated, inventive, and driven Compliance Executive to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in expanding our business horizons.

Role Overview

Act as a central point for the implementation of compliance requirements.
Ensuring all the directives issued by line Manager are implemented in true letter and spirit
Entering data and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete data.
Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan
Responding to information requests from authorized members

Requirements

Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office
Be acquainted PowerPoint, Google Sheets or any other related data base software.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Result-driven, proactive & self-driven.
Proficiency in English
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Analytical thinking
Self-motivated & able to work independently
