- Analyse customer data to understand trends and recommend actions to support management in decision making
- Produce weekly trading reports
- Perform revenue and profit margin analysis by customer category, customer location, item category
- Identify under and over performing lines
- Analysis of customer payment trends
- Perform product analysis for generating insights for business strategies
- Liaising with stakeholders on a regular basis
- Support with pricing modelling
- Ad hoc analysis when requested
Person Specification
The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience.
- ACCA / ACA / ACMA (part-qualified)
- Finance degree from a reputable university
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience of working with large data sets and financial models
- Self-starter, analytical thinker, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Comfortable working in target-driven environment
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- A highly self-driven sense of motivation
- Positive and forward-thinking attitude with a strong work ethic
- Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Organised, strong time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills especially during difficult customer negotiations, fluent in English & spoken Urdu
