• Manage a team of credit controllers
• Chase Customer for overdue invoices
• Send regular statements to the customers
• Resolve customer queries over phone / email
• Reviewing credit applications to set credit limits and ensure credit worthiness
• Negotiating re-payment plans
• Report any payment issues to management.
• Look for ways to improve debt collection processes.
