• Overseeing the customer service process.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

CS Requirements:

  • BCS, BCE, BSIT, BSSE.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in CS as a Technical support executive or a related field, preferably in shopify or Wordpress.
  • Written and verbal communication skills
