We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to manage client interactions in the forex trading domain. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries regarding forex trading accounts and transactions.
Educate clients on trading tools and resources available.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
