Female Guest Relation/Service Officer Required in a growing fast food chain in Lahore for it's Gulberg Branch.
Responsibilities:
- Interacts with the guest at every stage of the Customer Journey by:
- Checking in with guests to inquire about the food and restaurant experience, ensuring that they have everything they need
- Expertly handle guest concerns and know when it is appropriate to bring an issue to management
- Partnering with other restaurant employees to ensure that the restaurant is clean, well maintained, and ready to meet guests’ needs at all times
- Paying special attention to assist families with children and guests with special needs (e: g helping to find seating, carrying trays etc.)
- Sharing the latest restaurant promotions and special offers with guests, including deals on the Pay app etc.
- Identifying potential areas of improvement and sharing these opportunities with management
- Candidate must have a good appearance should relevant experience in hospitality and hotel management, dealing with guests, fulfillment their orders and requirements, coordinate with kitchen and staff for timely order delivery.
Timings: 2 pm to 11 pm
