We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer with 6+ years of experience to help drive the user experience of our digital products from concept to execution. You will work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Developers, and QA engineers in a fast-paced agile environment to craft intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences tailored for enterprise users.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features and improve existing user journeys for B2B web and mobile products.
- Translate product requirements and user research insights into wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Advocate for usability and accessibility best practices across the product lifecycle.
- Conduct and participate in user research, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and feedback sessions.
- Create and maintain design systems, UI pattern libraries, and reusable design components to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure design intent is preserved throughout implementation.
- Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and design reviews using Scrum/Kanban practices.
- Use data and metrics (e.g., heatmaps, usage analytics) to inform design decisions and continuously iterate for improvement.
- Contribute to the culture of continuous improvement within the product and design teams.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of proven UI/UX design experience for B2B or enterprise-level software products.
Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working in agile product teams.
Solid experience with responsive design, mobile-first principles, and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
Demonstrated ability to turn complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced iterative environment.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Portfolio showcasing UX strategy, design thinking, and end-to-end product design solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to better understand implementation constraints.
- Experience designing complex workflows for admin dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, or SaaS management tools.
- Understanding of B2B user personas, enterprise buyer journeys, and account-based product structures.
- Exposure to motion design and micro-interactions using tools like After Effects, Principle, or Lottie.
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel for behavior-driven design.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, fintech, legal tech) with attention to compliance and UX constraints.
- Comfort with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Notion for team collaboration and documentation.
Experience: 6+ years
Shift: 08:00 am to 05:00 pm (Flexible working hours)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: 90,000 PKR to 150,000 PKR (Salary can further be negotiated upon experience)
