Social Media Account Lead

CF-SOL is seeking a dedicated Social Media Account Lead to join their team onsite at Tariq Road, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in social media management, with a proven ability to handle multiple brand accounts simultaneously. This role requires a professional who is adept at content planning, developing content calendars, and executing campaigns effectively. The candidate should be well-versed in using Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and various scheduling tools to streamline social media activities. Additionally, the role involves analyzing social media insights and preparing detailed performance reports to inform strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple social media brand accounts with a strategic approach.
- Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Execute social media campaigns from conception through to completion, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Utilize Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and scheduling tools for efficient management and optimization of social media activities.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to prepare comprehensive performance reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their needs and providing updates on campaign progress.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of social media executives and interns to achieve departmental objectives.

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
- Strong skills in content planning, campaign execution, and use of content calendars.
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and social media scheduling tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with experience or a strong interest in the health and wellness sector will be given preference. The position offers a market-competitive salary package. The work schedule is Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, with Sundays off. This is an onsite role based in Karachi, providing an opportunity to work closely with the team and clients.
