Social Media & AI Creative Designer

Montivo.pk, located in Korangi, Karachi, is seeking a creative and tech-savvy individual to manage its Instagram content and develop engaging visuals using design software and AI tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a consistent posting schedule, designing eye-catching content, and exploring innovative approaches to enhance the brand’s social media presence. This role requires a strong sense of design aesthetics, familiarity with AI technologies, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Montivo’s Instagram account by maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
- Design and publish creative content using Adobe Photoshop and AI tools.
- Create and share daily Instagram Stories to engage the audience.
- Produce high-quality product images alongside AI-generated product visuals.
- Edit, prepare, and upload product images tailored for Instagram.
- Continuously explore new creative ideas, AI tools, and content styles to improve social media engagement.

Required Qualifications
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and related design software.
- Familiarity with AI tools, especially Google Gemini, Flow, and Higgsfield.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Solid understanding of Instagram trends, content formats, and visual branding principles.
- Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and the ability to work independently.

Job Details
This position is based at P&T Society, Korangi, Karachi. Working hours are from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. The salary range is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, with a monthly pay scale between Rs40,000 and Rs65,000. This is an in-person role requiring physical presence at the office.
