SymuFolk is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to join their team in Lahore on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is ideal for someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation. The intern will support various digital marketing efforts by creating engaging content, assisting with campaigns, and helping to enhance the company’s social media presence. Strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a genuine interest in social media are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Assist in developing social media campaigns, managing content calendars, and supporting marketing activities.
- Conduct research on social media trends, hashtags, competitors, and relevant industry content to inform strategy.
- Support the creation of captions, posts, reels, and basic visual content using tools like Canva.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, and overall performance metrics.
- Help manage community interactions by responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Collaborate with Marketing and HR teams to produce employer-branding content.
- Participate in on-camera content creation, including videos focused on company culture, educational topics, and employer branding for SymuFolk’s social media channels.

Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with a passion for social media and digital marketing trends.
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera for company-related videos.
- Basic proficiency with Canva and familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and work collaboratively within a team.

Compensation and Work Environment
The position offers a monthly salary range of Rs30,000 to Rs50,000. The role requires on-site presence at the Lahore office, providing hands-on experience in a dynamic marketing environment.
