We are looking for a creative, confident, and passionate Social Media Marketing Associate to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, copywriting, social media management, and personal branding. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple brands and campaigns, helping to develop engaging digital content and enhance brand presence. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage content for various brands, including posts, reels, videos, and stories. Write engaging and persuasive copy for social media campaigns and advertisements. Participate actively in video content creation by shooting, presenting, and supporting production efforts. Edit videos using tools such as CapCut and Canva. Create basic social media creatives using Figma and Canva. Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, and similar platforms to support content ideation and creative development. Research current social media trends and proactively suggest fresh and engaging content ideas. Develop and execute personal branding strategies for clients. Build and strengthen your own professional presence as a creator and marketer. Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports and insights. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand objectives and campaign requirements.
Required Qualifications
0–6 months of hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, copywriting, or related fields. Experience managing content for multiple brands or social media accounts. Strong written and verbal communication skills combined with a creative mindset. Comfortable and confident appearing on camera and contributing to video content. Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Figma. Good understanding of social media platforms, current content trends, and audience engagement strategies. Strong interest in personal branding, digital positioning, and content marketing. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
