We are seeking a full-time, entry-level Social Media and Operations professional to join our team on-site in Lahore, Pakistan. This role operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary range of 50,000 to 80,000 PKR. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience and will be responsible for supporting various social media and operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and effective audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and management of social media calendars to ensure timely content delivery.
- Support the publishing process across multiple social media platforms.
- Contribute to copywriting efforts for social media posts and related content.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond appropriately to maintain active community interaction.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
- Coordinate assets and approvals required for social media campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
- Support day-to-day studio operations to maintain an organized and efficient working environment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field such as marketing, communications, or media studies.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with social media platforms and operational support.
- Strong written communication skills, particularly in copywriting for digital content.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams effectively.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
