Social Media Content Creator

We are seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy Content Creator to join our Marketing team. This role requires a trend-conscious individual who will serve as the visual and narrative voice of Nayatel across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging content that resonates with our audience while maintaining alignment with our brand’s premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Content Ideation & Production:
Develop and execute creative concepts by scripting, shooting, and editing both short-form and long-form video content tailored for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Design visually appealing graphics, carousels, and digital assets to support social media campaigns and product launches. Produce diverse content themes including product features, customer testimonials, tech tips, behind-the-scenes footage, and relatable memes.

Brand Storytelling & Campaigns:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to devise content strategies customized for each social platform. Represent Nayatel as a brand ambassador by appearing on-camera when needed to host videos, conduct interviews, or present product updates. Ensure all content consistently reflects Nayatel’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and market positioning.

Trend Monitoring & Analytics:
Keep abreast of local and global digital trends, popular audio tracks, and meme cultures relevant to the Pakistani audience. Experiment with innovative content formats and utilize modern AI tools to enhance ideation, storyboarding, and editing efficiency. Monitor content performance metrics and apply insights to optimize future video and social media strategies.

Required Qualifications

Experience:
At least one year of hands-on experience in content creation, preferably within the Telecom, Technology, or a fast-paced Digital Agency environment.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in video editing software such as advanced CapCut or equivalent tools. Strong graphic design capabilities using platforms like advanced Canva or similar. Solid understanding of lighting, camera operation, and audio recording techniques for in-house video production.

Language & Communication:
Exceptional command of both Urdu (including Roman Urdu for social media copy) and English. Demonstrated strength in scriptwriting and storytelling to engage diverse audiences effectively.
