Key Responsibilities
The Social Media Content Creator will work remotely on a contract basis, focusing on developing engaging and informative content across various social media platforms to support student recruitment and increase brand awareness. Daily tasks include planning, producing, and publishing posts, stories, and short-form videos tailored to different channels and target audiences. The role requires writing clear, compelling captions and adapting admissions guidance into accessible content formats. The creator will monitor trends in medical education and social media, collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure consistent messaging, and maintain a strong, informative brand voice. Additionally, the role involves tracking content performance metrics, analyzing insights, and adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and reach.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience creating and managing content for major social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Strong skills in short-form video production, including basic editing and visual storytelling using common content creation tools and applications.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and inclusive copy that resonates with student audiences and international applicants.
- Experience in social media strategy, including content planning, scheduling, and post optimization based on analytics.
- Competence in interpreting performance data and using insights to refine content and engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage deadlines effectively, and communicate clearly with a distributed team.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
