Social Media Content Creator

Esencia International, a rapidly expanding FMCG company and the team behind the brand Skinza, is seeking a talented Content Creator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who can transform creative ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping short-form content that resonates with our audience and drives brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content including Reels, TikTok videos, and Stories for multiple brands within the company.
- Develop product-focused content such as launches, skincare routines, tutorials, and user-generated content (UGC) style videos that highlight product benefits and engage viewers.
- Collaborate closely with the design and creative teams to align content with ongoing campaigns and maintain an organized content calendar.
- Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach based on what resonates best with the audience.

Required Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing social media content, preferably within skincare, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proficiency in shooting and editing short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.
- A keen eye for current trends and an understanding of what captures audience attention and encourages interaction.
- Confidence in front of the camera is considered an advantage, enhancing the ability to create authentic and relatable content.
